I paid for a month and before it expired I went to renew it only for them to make mistake and they disconnected me after I had paid, they could not reverse it, due to their mistake I stayed 2weeks without watching Dstv, then I went to pay for another month. For the two weeks I stayed without watching Dstv despite the fact that I had paid, the should compensate me but nothing was done

The Owerri DSTV office on wetheral road has the most annoying customer service I e even met. You ask questions and get ignored. Ive been there twice, but both experiences are not pleasant. I wish another competitor can key into this and give them a run for there money. Id rather subscribe from my bank app than to go to this DSTV office in Owerri.

The crowds at the branch on Wethedral Road was just something else. But I give it to them because the queue was actually moving and there was no jumping the queue. You get served according to your position on the queue. No big mannism.Loved the way the way the lady at the customer service attended to people including me. Hope the company takes note of her someday.
