Not bad when you are on a budget...but this place needs better management and should be maintained better

A hotel where you are served tea and sugar wrapped in serviettes and no tea spoon. Towels so dirty, toilet looking so yucky and untidy. Pillows are strong as the Olumo rock with some violent coloured beddings making the room look like a ritual den.Never again.

Is a nice place to be

The hotel is big and has really nice ambience and designs. Usually, its safe to day there isnt a dull night here. They have events every evening in their hall all through the week. My stay was just for one night, but the hotel comes alive at night.The parking lot gets busy (also) at night as more guests come in to partake of the fun activities they have.Staff dress well with nice attitude.The rooms are okay, and comfortable... But the ranges vary, depending on your taste, preference and style. The toilets are also big and accommodating. Thats one necessity for me when choosing a place to stay.In summary, youll have a great stay and it can be greater if you are a night person and you partake of the night activities they have lined up for you!

Titanic View Hotel is good serene. I really like the good atmosphere of the hotel and its decency. Moreover, the staff are quite jovial ana accommodating. I really saw a good place and will recommend it to visitors who will be coming to Owerri either on a business trip or any other purposes. Please keep it up.

This is the worst hotel Ive ever slept in.No power supply, theres no power generating set, they depend on NEPA which went on and off more than 20 times before morning.I was served expired wine at a very high cost, I had taken a glass before I decided to check, and behold it was two years expired.Beautiful building but nothing to write home about.Air conditions in the rooms are not chilling at all.I had a very annoying experience in this hotel, and I feel the management needs to urgently look into these facts.

A hotel in owerri that has one of the finest pool. This got my attention and I always get excited whenever I visit there.Here you get a value for your money and will always wish to come back.

The service are very poor, please you have to do something about this

Most times you call front desk, they promise to send someone but you never get to see anyone. The environment is clean. The Acs cool well enough. TV remote in one of the rooms I used isnt working. The promise to change it never materialized. Planned for 2 days but left after the first night.

Good hotel. Spacious with plenty of parking. Has a pool for the water lovers. A hall for events. Stage performances from time to time by the poolside. Also has a club which is a floor beneath the hall. Great night life beside and outside the hotel for those who desire such. All in all a nice place with good value for your money.

There was steady light, it was spacious with enough parking space, its quite, the food in the restaurant is very good but the people there are very slow in responding to orders. If you want to go there please go with your soap and toothpaste because they may not give you that.

Very courteous staff! 👍🏿The only meal I had there was quite tasty, but EXTREMELY OVERPRICED (hence being the only meal I had there)!!Room was ok. Clean; and cleaned every morning, and though I was right beside their night club, I wasnt disturbed by any noise.I would consider staying there when next in Owerri. Still wont eat there, though...

Cool hotel with a very exciting lounge at night. Numerous rooms but some rooms need need maintenance, check room before booking to get the best.

The only downside is that they take a while to switch to a different power source, other than that their rooms are cool with good services

Not bad, food was good but the bathroom i check into was really dirty. It wasnt clean before i was checked into it, i had no bathroom foot mat, the lights were off all the time even when i switched it on but the AC was working.

The worst hotel in owerri big for nothing, the receptionist, manager staff are so rude and full of themselves they feel the hotel belongs to their father or mother, nonchalant attitude i will never ever lodge there or go there ever. I regret it. I repeat the hotel is big for nothing, staff bad atitude especially the receptionist very rude.

Titanic View is for the pleasure seeker or probably the business cum hedonist. It houses a bar and night club called Las Vegas and if youre unfortunate to lodge in some rooms close to the groove, sleep might be a problem. Prices are affordable, but their escalator works only from 6pm till 6am. It gas high client traffic

All the mattresses are orthopaedic. The free WiFi is a scam. Youll call the front desk for the password and theyll tell you that someone will bring it but the password will never come. The rooms are just OK for the price Nothing spectacular. The front office staff were a bit rude.
