Bar 28 is a very popular ngwori spot located at a very secured location along the popular world Bank estate road Owerri.They offer great dishes like pepper soups (chicken, goat, fish, point & kill), grilled meat & fish, nkwobi which is my favorite.Their pricing is normal though you will pay a little more if you choose the VIP section.They also pay host to live shows especially at peak times like Friday night.
