Entrance to the location is rowdy, with taxi motorcycles taking over a half of the motorable road creating a bottleneck situation. The inner streets have a well paved organized road network however some streets are not coated in asphalt. In exception of the entrance its a descent place to live.

Its a nice place. A developing area in Ogun state. It accommodates more than 79,000 people.

Work is seriously on going on the road . With time its gonna be a great and beautiful environ

Palliative measures in place for ease of driving however, it can be better. Having to go a long road before making a U-turn is a turn off especially when you would pass your location in order to turn toward the same route. It was tiring

Bad road network.

The other side of the road is still under construction so it is kinda rough at the moment. But it will be okay soon

The road is currently in bad shape. No space for vehicle parking. All commuters activities are been done on the road.

Very close to winner church, The Bell University and the road also leads to Abeokuta - Lagos expressway
