No electricity, no heaters, low water pressure in taps, zero room service, horrible food, poor bedding, smells like marijuana, feels very unsafe, destroyed furniture, small rooms, poor door locks, everything that could go wrong went wrong

What kind of an hotel doesnt have an intercom, one has to step out all the time to get stuffs instead of calling the staffs on the intercom.

Wonderful customer service, lounge, swimming pool, bar sit outs all present. A place to chill out

Firstly, if I had a list of terrible hotels Ive stayed in terms of service delivery, this probably makes the headline. It could be different for others if they are lucky but default countenance of attendants are just so unacceptable. Although this is a low budget hotel (6k/night) compared to other places outside ota but it still demands they meet up to common standards. Towels are hardly available, rooms not well cleaned, bed covers are not plain white rather patterned and stained, AC runs only on PHCN, power is unstable (you get profound excuses) , toiletries need to be solicited for, rodents on a chase course in rooms and corridors, only one cable TV station can be selected, extra charges for the pool even for lodged guests (#500), pool ancillaries are in terrible shape e.g changing room, restroom etc... Summarily for occasional travellers on really low budget or location pinned this can be manageable but for seasoned travellers or high taste individuals, Im sorry this is a No! 😔. Not to mention road leading here is barely motorable, bikes are the best bet. Stay sharp travellers! Thank me later
