Great and reliable logistic company. Their delivery charges is very subsidised and considerable. I was here to waybill and parcel a package to someone in the North from here, ota.

The place GIGL Sango is well cited but google misdirected me. I was rerouted many times. Google should update.

Friendly staff, they literally broke down the charges. Though the location is a bit difficult to spot.

This isn’t right ,it says opens 6am and closes 6pm but you’ll go there around 1pm they’re still not opened I don’t understand

I wish they would actually resume on time, web page says open from 6am to 6pm, you get there 9am and door is still locked, it’s unfair to have to wait for hours and finally return home to come another day because workers that are getting paid won’t come to work. It’s a shame. And yes it’s the Sango branch as usual

I love using them to receive and send parcels. They are fast and cheap. Parcels can also be tracked and their staffs are nice and welcoming.

They have bad customer service, they wont deliver your goods as promised and will refuse to update their tracking system. My previous experience with them was fair, but recently their service is worst. I sent goods to 3 different location and my experience with them is worst. Up to 7 days my goods from lagos did not get to Ibadan and I kept calling all location including customer service and no good response. The person @ Ota asked me to keep puting pressure on customer care to get my goods. After paying for delivery, I kept wasting money on calls but all to no avail.They made me loose customers at different instances due to their incompetency. Dont use them if you need to get to your customers quickly outside lagos.
