This Ota new branch is the worst Pep store branch Ive ever been to. Their customer relations is zero. The female security is always seated like shes got a leg injury, then the Staffs arent always willing to help. Once you tell them you cant find a certain size, they just tell you its finished. All because they dont want to go through the stress of checking the store. One of them once scolded my 1yr+ son so he was touching the shoe.Ive been to several Pep stores, theyre nothing like this.
