The school is Government owned, is a vocational school, well equipped and qualify tutors. The school offers all Technical and Trade Test Examination as well as NABTEB Examination.

Government Technical College Osogbo is truly indeed A Life Academy. Conducive learning environment, well structured and newly renovated. It has a very big football pitch and its located immediately after Anthony Udofia Elementary School and next to it is NUJ guest house in Oke-Fia area. Its one of the best things that ever happened to the people of Osogbo at large.

Relatively new blocks and facilities. A fairly big and well used football pitch cam be seen from the side along the road. It connects at the left of the compound, to an untard road leading to some older buildings. NCCF uses that area on Sundays for worship.
