It certainly made my journey from Uyo to Calabar faster. Spent about 40 minutes.Had to insist we were given life jackets. The government can certainly do a lot better with the quality of boats.But, cool place.

People from various locations gather to buy and sell stuffs mainly fish and crayfish..Things here are relatively cheaper than what is obtainable in town

Its an uncommon beach experience, where you can see entry of a large river Oron, through the creeks entering and mixing in with the Atlantic ocean. Giant size wooden boats maneuvering and so on.
