First Bank NG PLC is the most used Bank in Ore.Due to this,customers need to wait,stay behind or asked to comeback in another working say to get their issues resolved.There is need to have another First Bank branch in Ore to avoid been continually overcrowded.Another shortcoming of First Bank(may it only happens to we Ore customers) is that,they do charge alit for any transaction you make either in POS shops or USSD code.I pray something will be done to this.
