Hotel with stupid policy. You charge me high and still have the guts to keep me waiting when I want to checkout. With mannerless staffs working there.

Very disorganized set of people....was supposed to lodged for 10days I had to leave one night after.... This guys gave my room to someone else while I went to work that morning with my luggages in the room.... Got back from work and I was told someone is using my room.. OMG... I was 😲😲😲😲... guess what .. the person searched my bag... 2 polo missing, 1 jean trouser missing, my body spray and perfume missing... Even my flipflop was Missing...the guy denied everything but unfortunately for him...he admitted his friend took my flipflop out...that I should bear with him...he will soon be back.... WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😲... I had to leave that hotel..it was so painful

Their services are very poor. You bathe and clean yourself with your own clothe if you lodged there. I had a very terrible experience with them..

Cool, calm and serene environment. I was here today, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It is located at port Harcourt Road Onitsha. Just at Ukpo street by port Harcourt Road junction. They have constant power supply. You visit here when next you are looking for a hotel to book.

Venus is actually a nice place to spend the night at. Is located in the heart of the town. They have outdoor bar where you can enjoy barbecue fish and different kinds of drinks at an affordable rate. They have car hiring service in case you are new in town. They also have wheelchair access doors..their rooms are well furnished to test.

Not the best experience. AC is window unit, makes a lot of noise, shower not working in the bath.I stayed in some of the expensive rooms.and still....

Would have called it a motel, but no. Still doesnt deserve it. The two stars is just for the 5- storeyed structure..

Its a #hotel with lots of rooms, it has rooms ranging from #6,000 to #10,000. It plays host to a lot of business people who visit #Onitsha for #business and have to spend the night.Personally, I encountered a very rude make staff on and that makes them score lower in my #customer service rating. They need to train their #staff more to deliver excellent customer service to guests.Good enough, I found one of their staff very #helpful in directing me to get something I needed outside of the hotel.The room is ok, with the A/C working.

Venus hotels , Fegge Onitsha , is such a horrible and terrible hotel. Terrible receptionists , with very bad manners , very poor services . In simplicity , its a total waste of money . Absolutely, no value for money . I can never patronize them , ever again ..

I just checked out of Venus hotel and my experience there was a very bad one . They have very rude receptionists , house- keeping and management. The receptionists refused refunding my #1,000 deposit because there was a little make-up stain on the pillow case , which wasnt changed for once , throughout my stay. I stayed there for three(3) days and not once was the bedsheets changed . There was no towels , and once electricity is off, no more AC, just the ceiling fan. I had to check out to a more conducive hotel. Venus hotel is really not worth patronizing .

Terrible and rude staffs , especially unfriendly receptionists. Crowded , stuffy and lacks constant electricity, no decent cable network. Terrible bedsheets and strong pillows , untidy toilets and bathrooms . No AC when generator is put on. No towels , room service is terrible . its the most horrible hotel Ive ever been to . Not hospitable , one bit.
