The brewery isnt functional. It hasnt been functional for a while now, cant remember how long, a decade perhaps. There is still a little production process going on in there - Premier Table water(water in sachet mostly).The Brewery covers a large portion of land and has a large car park that holds over 1000 cars every market day. There is very busy market across the highway and most of the shop owners and customers from the market park their vehicles in the Brewerys large parking lot for a fee around 70cent

Premier isnt fully operational right now.Buses going to Asaba have almost overtaken its gate, loading.You can access Port Harcourt road from beside it.

ONE OF THE OLDEST AND LARGEST BREWERY IN ONITSHA BUT NOT OPERATING FOR LAST FEW YEARS.

Its a standard brewery that was built in the late 70s but its currently defunct with the facilities still there but not in touch with the modern brewing technologies. They currently bottle only table water and the compound space is used as car park for the close by markets there.

Premier brewrey remain one of the earliest breweries East of the Niger.... the structures are still there but the much I know here is that its only bottle water that is produced here now... missing the premier lager been. Just wish they will function again
