Polak Hotels is one of the best hotels I have visited, at list I am a traveler, before I dont believe they can have this kind of wonderful hotel in Ondo tawn, in fact I cant express my mind enough, I concur to this wonderful home away from home, God bless the M.D of this Polak Hotels

It was great and nice here. A place hide when you want to hangout.

If you want a hotel with hot water, towels, clean rooms and basic amenities DON’T STAY in this hotel . If I could give them a negative star I would. We booked several rooms in the hotel but had to leave for another hotel the next morning . The hotel was dirty, electric sockets falling off the walls and permanent stains in the bath tub. for the one night I had to buy towels and placed them on the bed and used it to cover the pillow before I could sleep . The most horrible experience I’ve had in a hotel.

Nice setup... The rooms and the banquet hall for cocktail party and meeting is nice

I can honestly stay this is the poorest hotel that I’ve stayed in. The service was very poor. The rooms were dingy and unclean. The bathtub was disgusting and I couldn’t stand in it more less sit in it. There was no hot water and honestly all I could bear was one night. I checked out the next day to another hotel.

Calm and serene environment.

It has a very good and serene environment but the management is poor.

Located in the ancient city Ondo town, this hotel is prime for entertainment, luxury and relaxation. Though this is an old name in the hospitality business in the town, it still provides all required. The hotel needs a lot of upgrades though to be able to compete with emerging hotels around town. Good customer care and attention to details is an added advantage. Secured and generally a good place to spend some time in, especially for those visiting Ondo town.

The room I stayed was stuffy at first, but the staff tried to make us feel at home. They didnt do anything about my complaint about the fridge though.

Spent 3 nights here. On the first night the shower was broken and almost fell on my head thanks to loose screws. Brought this to the attention of the staff and he brought me a bowl and bucket with a promise to fix shower following day but that never happened. Theres no hotline directory to the hotel services, I demanded one and the staff wrote me numbers on a paper. Most of the time they dont answer calls and you may need to step out of your room. DSTV never worked through out my stay because they didnt pay. At a point electricity was out for a prolonged time because there was no diesel in the generator. I remember when this hotel kicked off but the services and infrastructure today is a shadow of its past. It will only get worse if something isnt done urgently.

Very clean hotel in the centre of Ondo town, Ondo state. The staff are courteous and the rooms are well spacious and tidy.I will highly recommend it for anyone looking for hotel to stay in Ondo town.

Polak hotels is just okay. It could be better but ware and tear has taken a toll on both the inside and outside of the hotel. With a little more effort on maintenance, it could pass for at least a four star hotel. The staffs are friendly though and the food is not bad but the facilities are broken down( the Air conditioners, showers, fridges, doors, heating system etc) leaves much to be desired. Surprisingly the elevator is functioning.

An Average 3 star hotel. Perfect if you just need somewhere to rest your head. I had issues getting hot water. The staff were polite though and that is a plus. But honestly, there was no wow effect at Polak

Greeted by a rude receptionist on my arrival here.ACs in the gym dont work and its really hot in there.Water heater in my room doesnt work and water from the shower doesnt flow well (complained about this but no action was taken).The hotel should invest in bidets in the toilets and work on their services and the complimentary breakfast

A three-storey property with acceptable lodging and accommodation facilities, Polak Hotels must certainly be on the list of hotels when considering suitable hotels to stay when you are in Ondo. Although located parallel/off the popular dual carriage way Ademulegun Road, it provides that quiet and calm you will want and need in a hotel environment. Importantly prices are good, there is a gym in plant, a restaurant and an adjoining bar.

The accommodations at this hotel were very good. They exceeded my expectations. This was my first time from the United States to Nigeria and this hotel was excellent to stay in. The food was fantastic and I highly recommend the Egusi soup. The staff was very courteous and friendly and they made me feel right at home in my two weeks today. My full appreciation to all the staff!

Pleasant surprise indeed! We ate in the restaurant but did not stay in the rooms. Service was a slow but food was good. If you happen to be in Ondo State I would recommend this hotel.

Its standard hotel and suite

Its a hotel with quite a huge standard, international if I must say, surprisingly in Ondo. It has a wonderful scenery on the second floor roof top to gaze and appreciate the wonders of nature. Quite serene with everything working and in place.

Very fantastic

Nice hotel for this locality. Constant electricity, air conditioned room, access control doors and lovely aesthetics. Room prices range from 15,000 naira to about 28,000 naira.

I dont even know where to start on the review. Once you walk into the hotel and face the reception, the Ac is not welcoming from the heat outside because they dont turn it on. The prices of the room does not equate to the facilities they offer as we been staying here for 4 days and yet not Internet provided. Ill advice that you ask to see the room they want to give you before booking as the rooms are not up to standard for the price. Checked one room and the shower pipe nearly fell on my head, the bath as yellow stains but they will argue its clean. The manager does not have concerns for customers but only care about collecting money. The breakfast takes 45min for your food to come out and even with that you have limited choices of whats available from menu, simple butter for bread they dont have! So this hotel service is really poor and needs new management

Quite okay by suburb standards, but should offer better value for money. Services were not good enough (zero internet, lousy TV choices) but the rooms were quite okay.

Good hotel but need to work on staff relations

This hotel is the WORST ever.There was a fire on Saturday 8th February 2020.The entire 3 floors were filled with smoke & no smoke detector or fire alarm to alert the residents.The sprinklers are just for show, none was working!When we eventually got out, there was no obvious meeting point, no fire marshal, no head count, no information!The staff were clueless on what to do & did not offer anyone 1st aid or check on our wellbeing.People could have died of smoke inhalation.How can a 30+ rooms hotel operate without fire safety equipment/drill?...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Polak Hotels is a Three Storey building hotel facility with decent accommodation, trained staff with good Customer service relations & prompt/accurate room service. Other things of interest include: Uninterrupted power supply, Clean environment/rooms, free WiFi access, security upgrade, key-card, card-to-light, lift, fresh Intercontinental and local dishes spiced to taste, quick room service, laundry services. And much more. Polak Hotels, Its a home outside home.

The AC in my room didnt work, the only complimentary item in the room was a bathing soap, no towel, no water tankless of beverage or tea, the AC in the resturant wasnt working.. big facility but not properly maintained. Look like a place they have given up on

Nice hotel, but average services

The place is very very upscale to say the least , beautiful crown molding in lobby and rooms, tray ceilings in the lobby and rooms, terrace over looking some of the city. Great staff very professional, however the Wi-Fi is not great unless your in the bar its open for anyone in the neighborhood to use. Thats what the missing Star for, had some issues with the AC unit not working well it was really hot. My over all visit I will choose this accommodations again.

Awful! Horrible!! Terrible!!! This aint d same Polak I use to know 2yrs ago. Rooms not kept and maintained well. Stayed in a suite been awake since 2:30am AC not working, mattress flat got bitten by any on the bed while sleeping. Sooooooo disappointed!!!

This is a one in town hotel in Ondo City. It is located along Ademulegun road. It is the only hotel in Ondo City that uses lift. Theres full power supply and free Wi-Fi for their guests as well as people living around the hotel. This hotel is highly recommend for those who know what it means to enjoy life.

Its has a lift to get to the floors, a standard gymnasiums, a bar and a good food resturant with condusive rooms fully air conditioned with television and a good matress to sleep with a bed cover
