Nice place, with water (not running in the rooms tho) and light (3-4 hours per day). Rent is currently at #175k a year. Rooms are a bit moderate in size.

The place is actually okay, I have some friends staying there back at school. There is good light and water supply,spacious rooms and a good compound space.

Been here for three years Now and its absolutely comfy.. The maintenance and care is 100%. Ill recommend this place over and over again for any student looking for accommodation upgate.

It was awesome, I loved all part of it

It a student lodge owned by a lecturer named prof Inno Ekeh.it is equipped with amenities such as electricity,water.it has 3 building apart which are labelled A, B ,C.Though the price is a little bit unaffordable due the countrys economy but if u were two the burden of it price can be lighter.Each room is (#150,000) it not far from school though it takes #100 bike to school and #50 keke to same.
