Power outage during the night snd I was left sweating . Again there was power outage while I was having my bath and lo and behold the water began to drip. Frustrating!!. Staff very nice and courteous except one lady.

The hotel looks nice from outside, the rooms are spacious (except the classic rooms) and the location is central.It is said to be 1 of the top hotels in the town, but so many things are not right: the AC in the room I stayed was so noisy & wasnt cooling and nothing was done even though I complained; there were no complimentary water / beverages; also, maintenance is definitely an issue: the bathroom tiles, wash hand basin & WC have lots of stains from inadequate / improper cleaning; the door panel of ny room was broken but unattended to and so cockroaches came into the room 🤢🤮😡; the mattresses are not firm and some are already sunken (checked 3 rooms, including an Executive room); the food per portion is small and taste wasnt all that.I was very disappointed but didnt have a choice as the No 1 hotel was fully booked 😥😥.

Really nice place. Service was okay but not so great. Food was very tasty. Room was really clean and spacious. It has a cosy bar area. Would I go there again? Absolutely!!

The hotel is below average. The bathrooms were not very clean and there was irregular supply of water during my stay. The TV was not very clear. I just managed staying for 2 nights. The price for the rooms were a bit high compared to the services rendered as there are cheaper hotels around town that will give just about the same service. The food was satisfactory.

Brass suite is located along Azikoro Road, adjacent old Assembly quarters, Yenagoa. If youre coming from the Sani Abacha Exp, Brass is immediately after the Old Assembly quarters. But if youre coming from Ekeki Park, its before the assembly, across the road
