They have lots of items and price is competitive. Service centre is not operational. I had issue with a wall stabilizer after 4months of usage, it took them a whole month to take it to their service center at the head office, repair and return it back. The brand new item looked very rough when they brought it back. No problem with other items I bought from them.

Awesome customer service

My husband bought Haier thermocool freezer through cooperative in his place of work. We started using it is not up to a year it started giving problem we called the representative came up three times and he asked for it to be taken to the factory. The problem was worse than it was before and when we called several times our calls were never picked. I will NEVER BUY ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN.
