It is a cool estate and it is relatively affordable. It is a well developed estate. You can either rent or buy houses depending on their availability. It has good roads and the roads are well connected. No preferential treatment with respect to power supply in the estate.It is not far from the main road. Police station is just 5min walk away, so it is relatively secure.
