Nice environment, food is great but house keeping services needs to be improved upon. Providing electric kettle and daily complimentary tea/coffee is not too much

There rooms are ok, services good except for their club usually taking over by boys who smokes Indian hemp. Otherwise, good ambience

Although the hotel is built with a touch of class, the management of the hotel have done a bad job of maintaining the place and the staff lack professionalism. A grand hotel like Avalon has a lot of potential and will be able to stand toe to toe with A-Class hotels if only the management will stand up to their responsibilities and ensure that the hotel lives up to the standards that it was built for. The lawns need to be tended, the rooms need to be aired and the curtains washed. The bathrooms need to be thoroughly cleaned and the kitchen staff need to be schooled on customer service and general etiquette. The manager needs to be hands on to Manage the place properly.

Avalon Hotel is not worth the value of your money. If you are the wild type and a noise lover this is your go to place. But, for those seeking quiet and relaxation, this is a total Back off zone. The rooms are equipped with archaic furnishings.The airconditioner was partially functional.The hall ways have a signature cigarette smell. The rest room is a turn off. Personally I had to call the reception to change the bathing bucket which was clearly covered in dirt and filth due to lack of regularwashing. I intended spending two nights,but checked out after my first horrible night there!!! Imagine, no complimentary breakfast 😏 after paying 20,000😭. Kindly find attached a video I recorded at exactly 2:30 am, because I couldnt sleep due to the unbearable night party activities!!!

Their services were not too bad. My own room was a little better than those of some of my friends who had to come and bathe in my room because their water heater didnt work. They didnt change the bed sheets in my room.

A very cool place to stay. It has very nice facilities to make visitors very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel but the generator isnt working properly. Few mosquitoes were noticed in the room. The management didnt answer promptly to complaints. All in all, its a beautiful place but not properly managed. The potter on duty was however warm

Instead of then to be collect money at the club entry , they were collected it at the gate which is not make sense to me. In Lagos state best club at Festac is ropoggi and rumours plus the heaven and the way they are making their money is excellent they use to collect money at club entry, and they also have club out side club for those who dont have money to club in. In one word they should improve their service. Thanks

The hotel is absolutely beautiful but they do need to change their Television set and better room service ,stayed at the DIRECTOR SUITE and I was satisfied with my stay, beautiful environment and a pool side for both kids and adults.

The hotel is standard and aesthetically good in out look and inside is cool. The only challenge is the road leading to the hotel is terribly appooling.

So great time for gigs in the hotel.At least, it is worth the taste of its locality.

It was my first time there, coming from a city like Lagos where there are hotels with more sauve and grandeur, but what appealed to me was the courtesy of the staffs, the swimming pool, gyms and tennis court.The events hall which was the major reason for being there is quite nice, and spacious.Its a pity lodged in another hotel, so i couldnt rate the rooms & hotel service.We had a lit party. Though one would have expected less of such rural place.Its worth a 4 star review 😉👍
