This is the oldest hotel in Nigeria. Considering the age, I will say its been kept well but has plenty room for improvement. It is very pocket friendly and centrally located in the UNN Nsukka campus. Easy accessibility to every part of the school. It has a lovely garden, hangout spot, restaurant. Rooms range from 6,250 for the least priced room to 32k for the most exquisite room.

Good place to relax

CEC guest house is situated within the University of Nigeria, Nsukka Campus environ. It serves the university community and guests from outside. It is located behind the administrative blocks and beside the Nnamdi Azikiwe Library.It is recently refurbished and services expanded to cater more needs of the University community. The services rendered are relatively affordable.

Moderate accomodation Inside university of Nigeria Nsukka. A nice place, but most fittings are no longer working. Very poor maintenance culture. However, I enjoy their jollof rice

The have decent rooms with functioning air conditioners, water, television and refrigerator. There rooms are generally clean and good and i recommend it for anyone who for a decent guest house around UNN

They render good service and well served local dishes. The environment is conducive and ventilated, it has a pool table for players and well sized seat out.

CEC is guest house inside University of Nigeria. It has a serene environment with so many rooms for renting. I logged in one of the rooms for a workshop that was held in their conference room. The rooms were neatly equipped with basic facilities that ensured the lodgers comfort. Their restaurant too was okay. They had two restaurants. Restaurant 1 is a multipurpose restaurant. Restaurant 2 is meant for those whose cares have been paid for by some sectors of the University. You just come there, tell them on whose interest you are eating. They will take your room number and you will be served accordingly. However in the Restaurant 2, they have limited foods. You cant find variety of foods you want. They have regimented food items. They dont serve goats meat. Its only fish and chicken. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The facilities are increasingly getting decapitated. Poor services. Halls and restaurants are available and the environment is secured.

CEC guest house is strategically located and has a serene environment. It has a barbing saloon, a restaurant and a bar inside the complex .The rooms are quite affordable but due for a little bit of renovation. I stayed in the royal suite which cost #5,250 a night. The room was sizeable but the air conditioner wasnt working and there was no fan. The bedsheets and the blanket looked worse for wear.However the members of the staff were quite polite. My stay wasnt bad but I wish they would work on improving their services and renovating most of their facilities.

Its a nice place. Youll find almost everything and everyone you need during your stay there. From tailoring shops to barbershop , to great eating spots, a nice quadrangle & even great picture spots as well.

CEC guest house is one of the oldest and popular guest house within University of Nigeria ,Nsukka. It is a good source of revenue for University of Nigeria. But i sincerely think they are losing the market to hotels surrounding the University. The hotel need to be upgraded. If it can be upgraded it can be a major source of income for the University. I also think the staff need constant training in hospitality management and customer care services. As a graduate of University of Nigeria. I strongly advice the school to upgrade the facility.

Old and poor service

Very poor structural guest house. Slot of things are not right with this place, especially shortage of power supply and poor room conditions, some toilets dont have water.

It is within the heart of UNN campus. Lodging there is affordable and makes movement to the rest of campus easier. The facilities are fairly maintained too

This is the only guest house inside the UNN premises. It is owned by the school authority. It offers lodging, has grocery stores, barbers shop, event hall, recreation/hangout venue, e.t.c.

Rude and nonchalant workers. Old rooms that lack maintenance. High price for such a guesthouse. If youre looking for comfort, this is NOT the place for you.

This is a major guest house in the University of Nigeria Nsukka. The guest house is situated in a beautiful environmentIt is situated just opposite PAA, beside the gigantic University library and first bank. It is close to GS building and Faculty of arts. It is also close to MIS, the VC office and also the University Bookshop.

CEC is primarily a guest house in the heart of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. They offer hospitality services at a regulated price by the university. There are about 3 different packages with the lowest going for N5250. Only cash payments are accepted here; however, there is a bank behind the quarters where quick withdrawals can be made.The rooms are quite decent and comfortable. Amongst other things, theres free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a reading desk, a cushion, and a water heater for the bathroom. The veranda also offers a good view of the premises.There is a bar where alcohol is sold and a cafeteria where a small variety of food and drinks are served. Again, only cash payment accepted here.In addition, there is an all-purpose hall, a barbershop, a small kiosk, a shawarma spot, and a beautiful quadrangle which gets quite busy as dusk sets in.Enjoy your stay.

The room is basically average and the designs are a little bit old... Tho there is like a business hub inside there you can get whatever you want inside the guest house
