I really enjoyed my stay there, was cool... But maintenance needs to improve on the facility.

Poor communication by the reception or whoever I spoke with while trying to enquire about bookings.It’s a silly policy to not have a way to book ahead. People should be able to book and pay ahead of time.

Serene and beautiful structure and environment. Everything was top notch including the room. Though there was a poor customer service at the bar

A good place to lodge but they need to work on too many people lurking around the stairs and also need to work on the noise level of their music. The DJ plays as if the place is a dance hall not minding there are people upstairs attending to business/office duties at night. The noise level should be bearable.Not to forget, Lilian is an exceptional receptionist; The way she attended to my kids made them say they would like to visit there again.

This is a very good and new hotel, and it will not be a good idea to start with broken down facilities. Please fix the inner lock to the door of the rest room in Aston villa. Paint the broken and repaired wall in front of Aston villa room.The party that was held last night did not take cognisance of the convenience of guests. I am not a good sleeper and have a regular sleeping schedule of 10 pm. I couldnt sleep by that time because, it was too noisy, and, ended up not sleeping all night.

Spacious parking lot, serene environment for chilling out with friends.Nice waiters and staff too.

Location is spot in for what I needed and the amenities were reasonable. For some reason the food was an issue and we always found ourselves waiting for an hour or so for what should have been simple meals. That aside, the facilities were top notch. Would use again and recommend

Rooms are cool and spacious. The environment isnt bad too but access road is a bit bumpy (short distance though) No hot water in the room I slept.Menu is exhaustive and affordable. Room service is quick too.

The rooms were okay. Few issues tho: The staff were not very nice. The power outlets and air-conditioning were disabled a good deal of the time and the bathroom didnt drain properly.

Are you planning a trip to Nnewi and concerned about a good hotel to lodge? Executive Golden Nugget is one of top five I would ask you to consider especially if you want proximity within Otolo and Umudim Nnewi. It is clean, really clean compared to many. The staff are more described as complacent than fair, that first welcome smile would depend on their assessment of you. The kitchen is the poorest except when you do not have need to describe what you want from them. Also be ready to meet some humans lurking around the stairs at both odd hours, seems anyone can walk in and go up the rooms. Also be ready to manage food odours while walking their stairs.Other than the liitle cons here, wouldve given a five star, but🙉
