Its a wonderful block of office apartment. I have interests in the third floor.. Though at the moment, its all taken up. I now recall that the mini mart at the ground floor recently relocated. Yes, thats up for grabs.Bottom line is: the building is a wonderful place for office activities, well situated at the city centre to give you the required visibility which businesses so earnestly crave and depend upon.
