Akachi means the hand of God. The Monument was built and commissioned by the state government as a mini park. The monument is in the shape of an arm with the fingers standing straight and a spiral staircase to get to the top. It has a garden around the area.

A monument of waste erected by Rochas that I dont know the meaning but a highly economic waste whereby the resources used could be channeled to other areas like road and human development.
