The hotel/suite appears very appealing as advertised. However the services can be made better.1. The beds are small in a cramped up room space2. Some rooms are so damp and uncomfortable3. Most of the rooms have no facilities for hot/warm water4. Air conditioners are epileptic5. Staff that are unresponsive6. General finishing needs to be upgraded7. Quality of service needs to be improved upon.
