I had a really good experience staying here. Staff are courteous and highly professional. The swimming pool is not functional at the moment, hence my reason for a 4.

For a hotel this size (physical building), swimming pool and Gym should be basic. The swimming is not functional and maintainance culture is not good enough. Rooms are cleaned early enough although many of the rooms would really benefit from repairs (pumping majorly).Food is affordable and internet is fair though not reliable. The staff are courteous and friendly.

A nice place with good architecture but poorly maintained. My room had a broken shower that was never fixed despite my complaint! There was also leaking water from the roof of my suite 318 sitting room! Management must pay attention to maintenance!

NSDC Suites is an amazing place, good rooms, amazing restaurant and fine building.

The toilet was horrible.i met it very dirty and there was no one to clean it when I asked for it to washed. I didnt enjoy my stay there and i dont recommend this hotel to anyone to stay in.

For a place like Minna, the hotel is ok. Staff did their best to create a great customer experience. Drawback was they do not seem to communicate with each other so you have to keep explaining to everyone that resumes a shift what you had told the last person. Do not misplace your key card as you will be charged a N5,000 replacement fee - No prior warning. Stayed 3 nights, bathroom was leaking water after shower. Complained and was not fixed until I left. Limited menu plus food was terrible, just eat outside if you can.

Just be urself no matter the obstacles.... God no go shame us

Pretty decent place. The staff are helpful and open-minded. The hotel is clean, power supply is solid and you can bring your food and drinks. Just dont overdo it. 😉

Management of this nice looking hotel is in shambles! The toilet and bathroom was a nightmare. Cockroaches were strolling majestically around the room. There should be better places than this in Minna. Will definitely not recommend this place.

The hotel provides lodgings and other services like car hire, meeting rooms internet access, laundry services, restaurant services and to top it up, foreign exchange services. It also has provision for outdoor games and swimming pool. It is a nice place to lodge.

I came for a workshop in Minna and we used on of the meeting rooms.The hotel seems to be owned by the Government of Niger State. It is about pricey. (I have included a photo of the tariffs). Some of my colleagues got a discount and stayed for N10,000 per night.Its seems to also be well maintained as it is looking as good as the last time I visited 2 years ago.I didnt stay in the hotel so I cant say anything about the service.Next to it is the huge Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi Conference Hall. You can just walk to the Conference Hall.I hear the Government House is nearby (next street).

A colleague recommended the hotel to me. The hotel has good aesthetics from the outside. However, services is complete scrap. Stuffy Cigarette smell everywhere, including rooms, no function internet, no elevator, turns of generator at 6am if no PHCN supply, 5 useless TV channels.The bathroom shower is very functional.
