The hotel lacks 24hours power supply even 12hours is a problem, the hotel needs revolution within and the environment, meals are not served, short staffed, staff dont understand the concept of customer satisfaction, amenties such as running water, hot water are not available, rooms need repaint, wardrobes needed, fans are not fully functional to compensate for the days heat. Food and drinks are to be outsourced nd the staff cant help you out in trying to locate any part of the city especially for first time visitors.Though quiet and serene, the bar also is defunct, the T.V channels are not of good quality.

Davis is meant for people who have lean hotel budget to work on. Their lighting system is very poor. Bad Generator. Nothing to excite you about the Guest Inn other than their Ac when theres light. Poor customer service too.

The place is so difficult to locate.the address isnt common to people...I toured the whole city of Minna looking for this place to no avail.
