I love this place because their food is very tasty and very affordable for the quality they give. They serve Benue state local dishes. They have an indoor and outdoor sitting. I love the outdoor sitting more because it feels like you are having lunch at your backyard, enough trees and fresh air.

If you are a lover of pounded yam and a variety of nigerian soups - tiv style, if you love your fresh fish or dry fish cooked to perfection, or you are thirty for some freshly squeezed fruit juice for your soul, then Aver is for you. I love to eat under the trees at the back of the main building, with the view of the kitchen and cooking going on... Its a very earthy homely eating experience that reminds us of why i love our culture in benue state.
