The Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja is the first sight of institution for travelers along Abuja - Okene road. It is the oldest institution in the State Capital and has come of age. Over the years, the institution has produced numerous graduates before it became a shadow of itself. However, in 2020, it seems to be returning to its glory days, especially with a change in leadership.

This is the main campus of Kogi state polytechnic.

For like 3Years Past before now I dare not rate the Institution 3 Star but as of this time,with the present Acting Rectors taking charge,I will boldly says KSP Is nothing But The Best. Kogi State Polytechnic is very is 5 minutes drive from Nataco Park and about 12 minutes drive from the new kogi state international market.This school is the oldest institution of higher learning in the state and the most populated institution in the state also.
