The most consistent restaurant when it comes to taste and freshness of vegetables and proteins. They never compromise on their food quality or find the easy way out. I consider myself a regular as I have lost count of my visits. I love love their meals. Nothing beats an affordable good quality food and a lovely ambience.

When I first tried a meal from flakys kitchen I was impressed by the taste and affordability.Their Chinese cuisine is really good and my favorite is their signature stir fry rice with prawns in chili sauce and fish in garlic sauce. Thank me later

I’ve always loved cute, quiet restaurants beside filling stations since I was little.It’s odd for me to explain but there’s just something futuristic about restaurants as such.Flaky’s kitchen is one of such, attached to a filling station right next to Askamaya bus stop near VGC. Yes there’s Flaky’s in Lekki phase 1, but this Vgc version is a lot bigger in size and boasts a lot more variety of the menu item. I was very happy to stop over here because I’ve heard about the finger licking Chinese food. But to my surprise it wasn’t just Chinese food they offered... there’s also a thriving continental menu that serves up pizzas, pastas, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, etc. All with a twist. This restaurant would make any foodie happy because the food is made fresh from scratch. That being said I’d advise that if you’re famished and you want to eat here, maybe you could look through the menu online and place your order in lieu of your visit so prep can be underway and your wait time can be shortened. Also menu prices are exclusive of 7.5% tax and if you dine inside the restaurant there’s also a service charge.

My dear friend and I got here at about 8:40pm and they close at 9pm, so we had to order takeouts. The staff was very courteous and we had a really good short stay

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food! I had the Fried rice with shrimp and the mixed fruit smoothie. Very delicious. Dont be deceived by the location, the service and food is top notch...and so are the prices 😁
