Lovely conservation park for family and friends to enjoy. The canopy walk goes up to 22.5 ft at its highest point and is an interesting experience. You need to pay a separate fee of #1000 to access the canopy walk as it isnt included in the entry fee. Some parts of the walkway seem shaky, so maintenance could be better. But nothing to unsafe. The family park is fun but some game pieces seem to be missing.Of course the monkeys are also cute. All in all its a nice place to get away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city.
It is a conservation park, serene & calm in contrast to the daily hustle of the commercial city. It is a perfect spot for a picnic and adventure. The entry fee is 2000 naira, 1,000 for access to the canopy walk and 1,000 for access to the family picnic area. You can bring your snacks, drinks and co at no extra cost.
If you love to connect with natural habitat, then this is a place to consider. You may end up not seeing most of the animals in this habitat, but you sure will feel the ambience of nature around you. Best time to visit ia during weekdays as the place can be really crowded on weekends.Parking is likely going to be a big issue on weekends when patrons of the park can be on the high side
Great place for couples that love nature and long walks, a lil bit stressful for kids though. Its also a great place for solo walking ,If you want to reflect on life generally. It has a long canopy walk , tree house, and cute little monkeys. I didnt see any crocodile or snakes, maybe its time dependent or something. In all, nice place to enjoy nature, away from the busy city of lagos.
Nice place to vist with the family. Both young and old can kick back and have a picnic and relax. Coming in a large group can also be fun. They also have what they call a canopy walk which is trek across a narrow elevated bridge that takes you well over the tree top before bringing you back down to ground level. It is a one way trip, once you start it you can not go back. If you have a fear of heights, this will certainly test you. I challenge you to do it once at least in your life. It will take away all your other concerns or anything else on your mind or heart for sometime. Its also possible to sign up as a member either as an individual or family for a year.
For anyone who loves the outdoor experience, LCC is a great option and thankfully, theyve managed to maintain a certain standard for a few years now (which says a lot considering our general lack of a maintenance culture in these parts 🙂).The suspended canopy walk remains an awesome experience and is also a great cardio workout but isnt recommended if you have a fear of heights; on every occasion Ive taken the walk, theres always been at least two people who develop mild panic midway. Theres a picnic area after the walk which now houses a few food stands - suya, shawarma, drinks etc; as well as sitting areas and a few games such table tennis and chess. Theres supposedly some wildlife within the centre though Ive never seen any animals other than monkeys on all my visits. The entry fee is very affordable (N4000 for adults during my last visit and this gives you access to all areas).Overall its a fun experience and nice attraction.
Amazing experience. We paid #2,000 for entry and canopy work. The canopy work was scary but fun and we proceeded to the family park were we had snacks, played table tennis, took a few pictures. We climbed the tree house and that was another exciting experience. In all it was a serene, quiet, cool and amazing experience.
Great place to be.A literal breath of fresh air in the middle of chaotic lagos.Wetlands conserved over thirty years with a diverse amount of wildlife. The canopy walk might be the star attraction; dizzying and giving great views, The park and the board walks, when slowly taken in and appreciated, give a lot more to visitors.Theres also a bird watch, always remember to ask questions for maximum effect.
Nice place to mingle with nature. But, I will suggest they have CCTV cameras in the Park! Nice place no doubt!
Great resort. Very affordable. 1k gate fee and 1k for the canopy walk. Longest canopy walk in africa. Be careful with your edibles because of the monkeys
Its a serene place as expected, Lots of Mona monkeys, saw a big tortoise, peacock and a fish pond. Nice spots for photos and big place for kids to play and run around. Quite a bit of a walk into the reserve areas. It was fully packed on a Saturday and parking area was already full. It costs N1000 for adults and free entry for kids below 3 years . Teenagers I think is N300. Overall a nice and cool place to create fun memories.
It was a cool adventure. The canopy walk was great; the fun is in shaking the platforms when other people are there. Luckily the group I was in was fun and made the experience more enjoyable. Its a nice place for a group hangout.
For the long walk and the smiles of nature, it’s a beautiful experience that would lingers in my heart forever. Whether you’re in holiday or it’s the weekend, you can go out there and live the memories. It’s so so nice visiting and as a matter of fact, I’d visit again and again.🥂🥂🥂
It was an interesting and a bit scary but I loved it
Very nice place to conquer your fear of height
One of many place in Lekki to visit. A bit fun aside the canopy walk that is somewhat intense, a lovely fish pond and thats about that.
Nice place to chill and excercise, the monkeys are stubborn sha.
The Canopy Walk was my delight... and the serenity....
Its fun especially when it swings.
What a lovely place to be...with a long and breathtaking canopy walk, natural park with giant checkers and chess boards. Lots of trees and monkeys too.
Wow... Adrenaline popping, especially the canopy walk!
Great place, but you need to pre book because of COVID 19
Awesome 😎 experience ☺️
Wonderful place with natural view and fresh air.
It was a great experience, the monkeys are soo cute and the canopy walk is just a great adventure. Theyve got alot of activities to explore.
This is a really lntreasting park. Right in the middle of the very busy lekki, lies a very serene and peaceful place, a complete natural habitat.I will recommend a visit for everyone, for lahos stress relief. 😊
This place is a nature/ fitness lover’s haven.... the highlight of my visit was the canopy walkway (which is the longest in africa: Do not attempt this if you have a phobia for heights) NB: there is an abundance of monkeys, they’re pretty bold and will try to snatch stuff from your hands when you’re not looking. All in all its a fun place to visit in Lagos
Very nice and good place to visit. Enjoyed a lot. Thankyou Nigeria 🇳🇬👍
I had massive fun, its a great place to unwind and be in tune with nature.Youll also enjoy the canopy walk if you arent scared of heights and an occasional monkey 😉
The experience is top notch ! Make sure you have all the fun here! Visit the tree House crimb it , take pictures of the monkey and make sure they dont grab your phones, drink the coconut water 😉 take a picture at the pond, climb the canopy walk and dangle it as you want ! But dont give thr thoughts of tipping over. Wake up and live life is happening!!
Very excited, with fear! Especially the canopy walk😄
Its a wonderful experience...make u feel u are on top of the world.
Very beautiful scenery, the Canopy Walk was amazing... Would really love to do it again... Maybe even do something crazy 😜
Could literally see my heart wanting to skip out. Lol. A good therapy to overcoming fear and phobia for height.
Wonderful place. Go there and enjoy nature.
One of my very favourite places to go. The Orchids need resuscitation.......
Its a nice place to be. I wasnt as scared as I thought I would be on the canopy walk, it was fun.
A preserved natural habitat to visit to observe forest areas and animals. Also there is the fun side of the place to enjoy with family and friends. The longest cable walk in the world with some adrenaline rush pumping.
The monkeys gave a nice introduction to the environment. The canopy walk was awesome.
This place is a beautiful family hangout place. You get to walk around the resort -where you have animals in their natural habitat (controlled). There is a canopy walk, which is the longest in Africa. There are beautiful hangout gazebos - which can be used for parties/hangouts/reunions..... There are acquatic ponds with live fishes. This is a well thought-out conservative center
Great experience. Ample parking space. Safety measures mostly observed. Please do not litter, it pollutes the animals ecosystem.Variety of activities for everyone— theres even space for picnics. Theyre also very affordable. If the canopy walk is too mild for you, try climbing the treehouse. Some parts are usually closed to the public during rainy season because of flooding.
Well, it looks like Im a latecomer, but I finally explored this amazing place. Incredible to find that its here in Lagos. I also did the canopy walk successfully!
Wow!!! Good place for a worthwhile experience.
It an amazing place to visit. Its a called and cool environment.
Lcc is a great place to be you all should check it out
LCC Park, always make me to remember my village life. There is a lot of fun to catch there. Plz dont carry it last
Fabulous experience.
Cool park, you can do a family retreat and picnic here... but beware of the friendly 🐒 cause they love food..lol
A great experience. Lush greenery and well maintained. An jdeal location for a break👍
It was nice even though the walk way needs proper maintenance.
It was a wonderful experience. You get to connect with nature
Great exercise, magnificent place to face fears. The environment gets flooded and some of the weeds are overgrown
Very exciting experience
Its a beautiful and serene place for a nature lover.Right from the gate, the natural atmosphere and ambience thrills you for a great experience. The walk is long and engaging, with different scenery. The canopy walk is great fun if youre adventurous and aint scared of heights, especially when youre stuck in the middle and going back aint an option. The tree house is fun also. Strong frames to support your weight so youre safe climbing. It has a lot of potentials for investors especially in the family park, and also a nature party will be so much fun there. Its a beautiful getaway from the hustle and bustle, to just breath and feel alive again.
The lekki conservation center is a beautiful place to visit. It is home to nature and host a variety of widelife. The lekki conservation center houses the longest canopy walkway in Africa. Its a whole jolly ride and gives one an overview of the area around. The walkway is about 22m above sea 🌊 levels and the view is spectacular. Also the tree 🎄 house is a fun place to climb. It has about 40 ladder steps and getting to the top of the tree house gives an awesome view of the surrounding. Furthermore LCC boasts of the family park which gives family 👪 and friends opportunities to bond and also carry out recreational activities. The family park also serve a variety of quick bites and drinks for friends and family who wants to enjoy a good time together. LCC park 🏞 is properly managed with tour guide at every point to direct visitors and also attend to their questions. There is a spacious car park at the entrance of the centre for people who want to park their vehicle before heading inside.
I love d games here n d fish ponds... Cool spot
The canopy walk is a scary fun walk. Loved it
The canopy walk was amazing... I had so much fun Climbing
Cant give a 4 or 5 star for now, because me and my Entourage did not enter to explore the environment on the day we visited. The crowd was much and we believe the facility in place might not be sufficient to serve the large crowd on that day. I plan to visit LCC again at the next opportunity.
Mostly just swamp and forest. Youll see monkeys and not much else, except youre really lucky. If you visit for the wildlife, youll most likely be disappointed.Canopy walk was an highlight, likewise climbing the treehouse.Entrance fee is 1k. Youll have to pay an extra 1k to do the canopy walk. Everything else is free, you may want to bring along your food and drinks as there are no restrictions on that.Come along with your crew so you can find activities to do when in the reserved areas.
Wonderful natural view
The walk is the most fun thing there .. cool to go with a lot of people youd enjoy it more or for just solitude moments.. not really a date something yall be bored after the canopy walk and tree house visit.. then a whole lot of space
Great place to go and very fun. Just don’t bother going when it’s rains or a day after it’s rain cause it’s always flooded or better call them before going😁
The entry fee and canopy walk free are reasonable! If you are going in a group of 30, it is 25k thats just for entry alone. But to do the canopy walk, it is standard 30k.
It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience 😂😂😂 I mean that in the most literal sense possible 😂😂 but overall, it was a pleasant experience 🙌🙌
Lovely place to visit n have a picnic
Fantastic place for friends, tour, solitude, family etc!
Its was exciting and really thrilling.but I didnt like the fact that we couldnt go to the canopy walk due to the exit side being all swampy. I would suggest proper measures should be put in place to avoid people feeling disappointed when they are being told not to climb due to the rain .
This place is fair. Its quite a long walk so you want to have eaten something. The canopy walk is really the main feature. It could also be boring if youre not with friends. Theres not a solid food arrangement here (theres a super small canteen and some snack and sharwama people but I dont know about the quality). You could probably bring for yourself or group. If youre looking for a lower energy natural place, this would do. If youre really looking for a fun and cosy place (with an air conditioned lounge), this wouldnt do.
Fun place to explore nature with different kinds of adventures and animals. Also good place to chill with family and loved ones
A place in Lagos where you can feel Nature, undisturbed
The best for nature lovers. The canopy walk is mighty scary but worth the adventure.
The canopy walk was fun and scary though Im afraid of height. The long path walk around the park was amazing and interesting.
Twas fun filled, really conservative; I mean really...Trees conserved, land conserved, even monkeys were conserved, and with a terrifying and breath taking sky walk experience.
OMG! LCC is a beauty. The wildlife and the Canopy walk is a must to experience. Love love every bit of my time here
Its a beautiful place to enjoy nature and have fun. Its well maintained the staffs are courteous with good attitude.
Loved the canopy walk. The family park is ideal for family reunion games and group team bonding. Watch out for the monkeys on the walkway...
The guides are very accommodating and informative. Very lovely place for walks and conversation.
