This is a hotel bar. The venue is not easy to find as the hotel is called resident hotel. I arrived at reception and the staff where confused when I asked to go to Windlounge, they said roof top and I said yes, they looked at the time and said its closed. I almost got stranded here as there were no taxi at the time. I wouldnt risk it.
