Staff are very friendly and guide you all the way to ensure you are satisfied with their service.

Its an amazing place to get your laundry done. They have the best washers, dryers and steamers i have seen in Lagos. They offer pick-up and delivery services. And the best part is they are located in Lennox Mall, so if you come physically, you can engage in other activities while you wait for your clothes. They now offer ironing services also.

This place was fine. Lots of working machines. Clean space. Sometimes helpful staff.However. There is NEVER a manager in the premises when you need to complain. Just staff. That follow orders from a nonexistent manager.Then. They make you prepay for your service even before they run the machine. Prepayment for a service is unacceptable especially in Nigeria where refunds are rarely if ever done. They insist that you prepay in full before they start running the wash. How are you sure the machine wont break down in between?If youre the manager/owner...this is not good customer service. Do better. Thanks.
