Poor equipment leading to poor service delivery; even with lots of enthusiasm shown by the staff. They can be a whole lot better but Im never going back there. Sorry.

My first experience with them was great but my second was horrible.I did the pick up service and one of the bags I put my laundry in came back torn and the other bag was no where to be found. Some of the clots also came back with a black stain and some others were not clean.Pounded them for my bags for weeks. The explanation I got was unreasonable and they offered to repair the bag and replace the missing one. They also offered a compensation of a free wash for the trouble.Either way, waited for 2 weeks and I havent still gotten the replacement bag they promised or gotten one fixed. I called for a pickup to use my free wash but no one came to pick up.Wont be washing there again.

Horrible service and crapy machines!!! There drier has no control and it burnt my clothes. The washers are not any better... they had to take out my clothes mid-wash and put in A different machine to spin

Worst experience ever!go there at your own risk..All my clothes got burnt while drying up just because the lady didnt know how to use the machine😡😡😡how can you entrust untrained staff to gamble with peoples clothes???Who does that???Are you aware that most Of our clothes as ladies cost us a fortune???what even buffled me the lady did not even have the Audacity to appologise😒😒😒....I dont need any payment from them but just trying to save another person before this happens to them

Horrible customer service. They lie and they cheat. I pay for bleach and they do not use it.They lost my clothes for going on 2 weeks and are not making any effort to return it. Do not use them.
