Its physical layout appears to be well planned. The road network is one of the best construction system Ive seen in Lagos (and Ive seen VI and Ikoyi). Theyre old but appear recently built. The drainage system too is in good condition. Theres some development currently going on in the estate.

This estate is located along Lekki-Epe express way. Its very secure estate as you wont be allowed access until the person you are visiting calls the security post. The estate is very serene and the environment is clean with a stable power supply. Although it is still a developing estate but I enjoyed my stay here.
