Adiva Estate is an estate inside Beechwood Estate along Lekki-Epe express way. Its a very clean and serene environment with maximum security. Visitors wont be allowed access by the security at the Beechwood Estate gate you must first asked your friend inside to call the main gate or Adiva Estate security would have to call Beechwood security to allow you entrance. I love the estate because of its serenity, constant power supply and the vegetation surrounding the estate. You have a feel of nature from the entrance.
