Overall experience was good, decent price range as well. Didnt really require room service but the receptionists and attendants seemed nice. They need to do maintenance on their utilities though, one or two things were literally falling apart in the bathroom and the bedsheet looks clean but pretty old.

I usually come here for a quiet evening drink. The hotel is safe and relatively clean.While the internal bar and kitchen functions very well, the bush bar is almost abandoned. So, when you require service at the bush bar, you need to either telephone the receptionist or ask the manager to call them. This can be quite irritating.If you desire to drink inside the interior bar, the story is quite different. Service here is quick and easy. The staff are responsive and the environment is conducive, especially in the evenings, when they switch on their AC (the AC does not come on until around 7pm)

I stayed at Skymart House hotel for 1 night and it was one of the worst hotel that Ive ever stayed in the sangotedo area. I literally killed cockroaches all night in the room and when I complained to the receptionist in the morning she simply shrugged her shoulders and said Shebi they were not too big cockroaches as if that should be fine as long as the cockroaches were not too big. I will know how to stay well clear of this hotel in the future

They have good hospitality, rooms are well leaned and homely, I specifically feel in love with the comfort of a particular room upstairs (wont tell you which one ..lol)

Place looks better now. Little changes to the environment has been made and some facilities upgraded for visitors. A low key place to chill with friends and loved ones.

The rooms aint that bad, the price per room aint bad too but they should work on getting a stable power supply for their lodgers to make it better, when i visit any hotel the first thing i look at is the bathroom and toilet and their was not bad too.

Toilet door was bad and was not fixed during my 3days stay, even after complaints were made. There were tiny cockroaches everywhere and no WiFi.

No cctv(meaning not safe) no remotes for tv and AC, no working heater in bathrooms. Then so much noise from bar to the room. Hotel shouldnt be more than N3000 per night.

Sky mart hotel is within hopeville estate, in Lekki. The hotel is two story building.
