Bad experience. Food was bad, the rooms smelled like sweat, the toilets smelled like urine, the bedsheets had suspicious looking stains and my sisters and I just had the worst experience.

My stay here was awesom and memoriable.

The showers are extremely dirtyEverywhere in the room was horrible,not wiped and they used torn bath towels for shower matIt’s so disappointing

This hotel is ok in terms of all measurable standards. Very clean and organized. The staff are very courteous and accomodating starting from the security officers to front office to cleaners. They also give complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant staff, clean rooms and reasonable cost if you plan on staying at Lekki phase 1 in Lagos. My stop overs were more of business. Bar is limited if you love a variety of drinks and their kitchen is certainly not their strong point. However in phase one there are so many fantastic restaurants and they are online so you can order. Will i continue to spend my nights there. Certainly yes.

Budget friendly, price matched the hotel as per its location and amenities, the environment is serene. The food is above average however, the water was damn too expensive in my opinion, How can you sell small bottle water for 400 naira...anyways overall its not a bad hotel at all for its price

Everything is perfect but u really need to improve on your complimentary breakfast...That is too poor considering the standard of hotel u operate.

The Feng Shui of Rooken Villas was so positive and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was sparkling clean and looked nice. All amenities worked properly(The AC was working a bit too well. I almost froze). The room came with complimentary breakfast for one. The TV had almost the full bouquet (I was impressed you usually get only between 5-10 channels if the hotel wants o be generous ). The compound isn’t large but there’s enough space to park a good amount of cars inside and there’s an outside space too. Rooken Villas is located in a quiet part of Lagos, close to the action but just away from it that you don’t get involved in the hustle and bustle. Also there were no mosquitos(Very strange and pleasantly so) I stayed out on the patio on evening and watched the sun set no disturbances from any flying critters. This must sound like a paid ad but it isn’t Rooken Villas is worth every penny spent on it. My one complaint would be I don’t have any complaints. Will definitely go back soon

Looks good. Didn’t stay for too long but I can tell their customer service is good and the environment is serene.

NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL. After calling ahead to reserve a room just to get here and the receptionist with her very sluggish attitude to tell us that we didn’t call back and she has sold the room. What utter rubbish. Never have i ever experienced such in my life and i will continue to discourage people from coming to this establishment.Very Disappointed!!!

A home away from home. Two things that always blow my mind are1. Each guest room has a Dstv remote control which gives you that home away from home feel and flexibility in terms of the channels to watch.2. The Toiletries are Forever Living products which are sizable and not those funny and fake shower gels given in some 4star hotels.The rooms are clean and they also have swimming pool. I enjoyed my experience.

It was an awesome experience. This place is a perfect place for a getaway from the Lagos wahala.

This is a cute hotel. It is located in a nice area in lekki.The exterior is pretty plain but inside the reception area is beautiful. Chandeliers, nice staircase, nice lower level restaurant and bar.The reception opens up to the gym which in turn connects the swimming pool area.The receptionist is warm and welcoming.The rooms are not so big but theres a nice ambience to it.They have parking for a few cars within the premises and a few more outside the building.This place is not accessible by wheelchair.Overall, its a very nice place.

Horrible place. I wasnt allowed to go in by the gate man. Till I called the person I needed to see. Huge discrimination against ladies. Very poor hotel service also. The door to the room didnt lock and the alarm kept going off!
