The chicken is good. They always get my order wrong everytime I order by phone/online (jumia). They deliver the wrong things and last time they sent me partly eaten food that I didnt order!!😨

Regular Chicken Republic with their usual menu: Rice, fries, salads, snacks, ice cream and of course chicken. The drinks are limited to Coca cola products. You can think of Chicken Republic as a low budget KFC - it does give you good value for your money.As is the new normal with Chicken Republic eateries, theres a pieXpress outlet just before the entrance.In line with COVID-19 guidelines, you are only granted access if you have your face mask on, youre given hand sanitizer and then there are very few seats.I had a big boys meal and I must confess, I wasnt too pleased with the accompanying burger 🍔. It generally lacked meat.

Pie express is an impressive concept, the beef roll is consistently hard, dry with a crusty exterior, that should be worked on.

Their deceitful marketing plus very poor service, youll order for spaghetti and get rice without chicken , then theyll promise to resolve it , even promise to resend your food, then stop picking up your calls, send a delivery agents number that they never pick up and then switch the customers line.I hate that I ordered for their food.

Speed of service here is okay but can be better as the queue can actually grow annoyingly long. If you want to dine in while maintaining the Covid-19 rules, I recommend you sit upstairs.The Refuel Max meal ofJollof rice, coleslaw, chicken & a drink worth N950 is the most delicious. I have tried the fried rice and in my opinion, it comes across as bland.So, if you visit any chicken republic do give this combo a try if you havent already.

Delicious meal with Covid-19 protocol in place.

Nothing too special or spectacular, just a place to eat some chicken and rice.

So i just left Chicken Republic Freedom way and asked for one plate of fried rice, 1 moi moi and 2 pieces of chicken.On getting home, i found 2 plates of moi moi and 2 pieces of chicken.Wheres my rice?And i was charged for the rice!!!!!I took my eyes off the attendant to check a messge on my phone for one split second and BOOM!This isnt the first time this is happening. A friend ordered some chicken wizz(or whatever) with some rice. They included the rice, charged his card for the chicken wizz but didnt include it whilst packing ..Why???

They often take time to attend to customers, sometimes even when there are few customers to be attended to. It is sometimes annoying and should be looked into. The experience is different at other outlets.

After several minutes of placing a call, as i was about to give up someone finally picked and said he wasnt with the fone. Ordered big boy meal and asked they come with Pos, unfortunately someone came with the order not on uniform and asked i transfer to his personal account they dont have pos, transferred to him only to find out he overcharged me, i called back to complain and was told, he added his own money because he came to deliver to me on his off day, which really isnt my problem cos I asked if they could deliver before placing the order. The burger was nice but jollof rice was trash.

Possibly the worst branch. Whoever is cooking at Circle Mall end needs to comeover and tutor. Spicy /jollof is a tasteless mess. How is that possible??? Dont even bother with fried rice, enough to make you gag. the last time I will be ordering here.

I placed an order at this restaurant at 4:25 pm, and I was right across the road from them. Called back 3 times between the space of 4:25pm and 5:30pm, each time a different person picked the phone and asked me to repeat my order that had been sent via text to the company phone. I still await this order more than one hour after. The last call I made the attendant told me they had sold out a product that was available at 4:25pm. Hopefully it gets to me before curfew starts.Online business is not compulsory, if you don’t have the requisite structure let us know it is only walk in orders that can be catered to.What a disappointment.
