Adequate parking lot=200%5.Buildings and fittings=200%Beyond these things listed above I do not understand while I paid N55,000 for your services.Communications is very poor. I wrote the test over 3 weeks ago and paid for drivers license till this moment no communication on the next step. Or how I called to inform them I was running late because of the rain and I was told to come after the rain. Guess what!!! I went after the rain and was told oh you cannot train todayCars are not well maintained- None of the cars I used had ACOne kept on shutting down while driving, one you cannot open the door from inside...should I go on?Drivers oh they have some wonderful wonderful ones, but there is this one that needs to learn what professional services means.

I purposefully went there to carry out a driving test. It is a professional environment which I can recommend.1. Great reception by the receptionist.2. The online chat system works really well.3. I was promptly attended to, and by an experienced professional.4. Manual and Automatic transmission vehicles available for tests.5. It has a well maintained conference room where videos can be projected and written tests taken.6. Adequate waiting room for guests.7. Well maintained test vehicles.8. Adequate parking lot.

Untrustworthy, unresponsive and unreliable. Wouldnt recommend. Ive been chasing them for service under contract since March and have not received a response from AA Rescue.As usual, Ill likely need to escalate this case to get any sort of resolution. Deeply disappointed in the services rendered and correspondence so far.

One of the best driving institutions out there with the best of facilities and trainers. Their training vehicles are pretty nice too. Safety is top priority.

If you define what they do on the roads in vehicles of Nigeria, DRIVING, then they will teach you. But note many on the road operate vehicles with no regard for others.Not too sure of their affiliation to AA.

I had a horrible experience with AA and I am currently in the process of requesting for a refund. Today was my first and last driving lesson with them. Firstly, before we began I had to queue at a petrol station with the driving instructor for almost 30 minutes and the car broke down half way into the driving lesson. I had also paid an extra N20,000 for a pick and drop off service which was a total sham because I had to find my way to the office because the driver, who was already late for my 11 am class, could not find my address. And because the car broke down, I had to find my way home.I would strongly advise anyone against using them.
