Very comfortable place. Tarred roads. Set of houses possess their own transformers.Only issue is the protocol involved with visiting inhabitants of the estate. You have to call the people youre visiting for them to clear you outside.Cool right? Not until you visit periodically and they fail to pick your calls at the estate gate and youre there waiting like youre begging to enter.

Great place, nice ambienceAlso you must call the person you want to see at the gate, its also a great place to raise kids and a good place to build a family, must have your life around that area, also huge traffic if youre coming from the mainland. Leave early if this applies to you

Beautiful most secured estate I know, stable power supply...

One of the best estates in Lagos. Well thought out and planned. 24hr power. Great parks and greenery. Few small hitches now and then but nothing that usually isnt resolved in a few days. Traffic towards Ikoyi used to be fair but has become quite a pain in the past six months. There are several stores and shops around, Ajah market and bus stop in close proximity too.
