Well built, comfortable mud sized units. The bedrooms are good sized but the kitchens are quite small.Excellent for Grandma/Grandpa.Young couples or singles starring out on the job front who have plenty of spare cash would definitely enjoy its convenience and facilities

Great flats, with two car space per flats. Electricity is adequately provided. However the service charge is costly (40,5k) monthly but includes the water bill and the estate is smaller. But its closer to the acqua cinema on Chevron drive and is safe. The estate lacks gym center and other recreational activities like football pitch, basketball court
