We are sorry to report that this is the worst Mac (Apple) centre ever. After a sample of about 15customers the one thing they all agree is that the customer service is very very bad. For a MacCentre, it still operates manual registrations. They technicians dont even have the skills as professed and would have recourse to computer village in Ikeja. The repair solutions are seldom explored, you will be asked to buy a new item whose cost is as good as buying a new product. They hardly pick their calls. They hardly call the customers for feedback, except you have an outstanding bill. Their policy and terms are brutally couched and laughable against modern business model. These people are simply out for one thing - make money and damn the customers.

TAKE YOUR DEVICES SOMEWHERE ELSE. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will ‘fix’ your device poorly and insist they did nothing wrong. When you complain the manager will tell you ‘he has your type at home’. Misogynistic and terrible service. In the physical store you are guaranteed to see several people complaining about poor service. Several. Just go somewhere else to fix your devices, or just travel.

The customer service is ansoluterrible and they only want to you put money down without going into detail as to what went wrong with your device. The manager is also very inappropriate and went ahead to say crass things to my friend. Don’t use this store, Apple customer care doesn’t even recommend them when you ask for a store in Nigeria.

I brought my MacBook Pro for you guys to change the screen. When I came to collect it I checked and saw that the screen was working fine, I was asked to do a review, which I did. On getting home I did a full check and saw that my touchbar which was working before I brought it over was no longer working. I told you guys, but you kept insisting that It wasnt so , and that I should pay an additional 80k for it to be fixed.

Just three members of staff but their conduct,carriage and sense of humour rank second to no one elses.My only issue is that the technician tells you the truth about your bill without providing where you will faint.Anyway these guys are unreasonably expensive. They charged me 200,000 naira for a mac logic board that I eventually got fixed for 130,000 without haggling.

The service was smooth and prompt. Nice.

Professional and timely service. Personnel were courteous and attentive. Replacement parts were pricey though that might be more a reflection of the drop in the Naira versus major world currencies. Overall, I would recommend as a good solution to your apple product issues.

Experience was awesome. I recently purchased a Mac book pro and I did a software update which eventually crashed the laptop. Amazingly what I could not fix in Los Angeles, London and Dubai was fixed at Mac Center, Lekki, Lagos.Amazing guys, we should try our home grown talents.Mac Center Lekki is it for any apple product repair, expensive but yea its worth the cash.

Terrible choice going to Mac center Lekki, even after express charges the technicians Mr Joe and Paul removed my laptop flex and charged me 200k to fix the motherboard. On getting home I discovered my flex was missing, I confronted them but they denied it so taking the issue to court. People like these give businesses a bad name, I’m never going to use Mac center ever again 🤬

Be careful with these guys. I had a problem with my iPhone 6S plus which was taken to this place for repairs. I was made to pay 5k for diagnosis and after some 48 hours, was asked to pay 90k for the repairs, excluding service charges. Good professionals would have advised that a new handset be purchased as the problem was with the “engine”. But these guys never gave me that advice but I advised myself accordingly and left to buy a new iPhone. Failed to show professionalism; just wanted to have an undue advantage for cash.
