The service was quick. I ate fried rice with the fried chicken. The rice was a bit spicy and too salty but the chicken was ok.

A good place to grab some snacks and chilled drinks either as an individual or as a group. Its being situated along a major and very popular road makes it easily accessible and can be sighted whilst either walking or driving by.The parking space right in front of the building can accommodate quite a good number of cars.

I highly recommend you close down this business and reevaluate the business model. How can you be profitable when the food is trash? Can you feed your children what youre selling? God!

Their food has been consistently on point. Particularly love the chicken. The cakes are fantastic, chocolate, fruit etc. Very good prices too.

The staff are really nice, they took out time to take our orders and were kind enough to make sure we had everything we wanted. Even when we had to return a bottle of coke, they didnt have any trouble collecting it and deducting it from the bill. They knew we were really hungry, so they out of courtesy, let us eat, asked us if we wanted anything more, before fetching the bill for us. The design and colours were really nice plus the parking lot was also sufficient for the traffic they had. Everyone could turn in and out nicely.They have assorted meals, snakes and drinks. I didnt find any alcohol there but I also discovered they have a section upstairs where they could rent out for parties and small events at a pocket friendly price as well. It looked like that area would accommodate the alcohol and smokes if you are up for it. The staff was happy to show me around and suggested I tell everyone about the place.However, what I didnt like about the place and wish that it could be improved is the food taste. The taste wasnt very good but the price was pocket friendly. I enjoyed the spaghetti better than the jollof or fried rice, as they tasted a bit bland. Another really important thing they really have a big room for improvement, is on the insect control. I didnt understand why each fly in the room (and yes they were quite a lot) had 2 or more grains of rice and nothing to fear but fear itself.I expect to visit there later and update my review, should I find an improvement. I am hopeful because the staff there do try their hardest. Good job guys!

The seafood okro is absolutely out of this world, I love it. The staffs are also very friendly.

Nice place really quiet. White and red touch of paint to attract. Just two step staircase entry which gives no room for wheelchair accessibility. Fast food edibles to go with and all soft drinks. Local and normal grain meals also available for a restaurant and would have loved to have a feel of the new seafood okro delicacy but its not lunch or dinner yet along with other new delicacies available (prawn sauce, 9ja asun, egusi and ẹ̀fọ́ riro). Price is relatively fair. Conscious security. Theres enough space for car parks too as it shares the space with other businesses. The only problem is the POS which was not connecting and had to settle for cash payment!

Kobis restaurant is a growing fast food franchise. It has a cool ambiance and a few seat in for those staying in to eat/drink.Service is usually prompt and the food obviously well prepared. The snacks are also tasty. The egg sauce is awesome.Kobis bakes great bread too and the aroma often fills the bakery section.If you are looking for a good eatery around Lekki, Kobis is recommended.

Kobis is a luxury restaurant with an enticing and magnificent ambience. The aroma and aesthetics gives the goodness away easily. Intercontinental and local dishes are ready available. Some interesting foods receive special makeovers and makes you want to try something new. The chefs are doing a great job. Ill recommend this place to families and organizations who love a cosy place for dinners. Kobis has an ample parking space, security, clean toilet and wheelchair parking lot. You can make orders and reservations ahead of your visit.

As always the aesthetics at Kobis is fascinating and the makeover on the meals are very attractive. The food tastes great, the chinken are properly spiced and marinated. If you decide to visit Kobis, you may want to brace up for the moderately expensive prices here as this place is a little on the upscale side. Lastly, the staff were courteous and I appreciate the fact that they helped me with my order combo.

Food did not look appealing and fresh. There were flies all over. The staff were quite rude and kept talking over the food. The light of the bain Marie was not on. Music was too loud. Just a lot of ruckus and things out of place.

Small and neat restaurants situated at admiralty road just beside GTBank close to Lekki Phase one Gate. They sell tasty rice and chicken. A good inn for brunch or lunch. Their food prices are not too expensive.

Love the meals and the suya too! Their meals are pretty affordable and have great taste!! Parking space is moderate but can accommodate the average number of visitors on a daily. The ambiance on the inside is great and it has a relaxing environment to rest after your meal. Service delivery is also good.

Kobis Restaurant is my regular spot for lunch. About 5 months ago, I got attracted to the Combo meal which comes with a plate of rice of choice, chicken and soft drink. The food there is really nice, except the chicken (maybe because I like mine well fried and seasoned). But it’s cool tho.Customer service is excellent but the delivery service isn’t so great. Many times, it takes forever before you get your order delivered to you at a location just 5 mins ride away from them.

This restaurant has one of the most affordable sumptuous meals in Nigeria. The environment is very clean, serene and heavenly. The staff are very courteous. Its a beautiful place to behold.

Kobis is great at making Yam and egg and famous for there paella rice. But little much else after that. The food at Kobis is not in the least bit memorable. Ive been there at two different times and just as with some other fast food restaurants in Lagos, its better to visit in the morning than in the evening. This is because by evening all the best things would be gone and no they wouldnt make more!

The place good looking but the food was a let down. I had seafood okra which gave my son and I food poisoning and Kara burger that didnt taste good. Sad to be giving poor review but this was my experience.

Sea food okro was old. No single spice and I counted just 2 peice of prawns and a peice of fish for 3000. Worse is fish isnt in good condition. I hear my stomach rumble barely 30mins after meal. Honestly I have never rated any one this bad but it is what it is. Kindly improve but you lost me, I deserve value.

Their vegetable salad & moimoi is what Brings me every other time.

The supposedly fisherman-into soup has just 2 prawns and a slice of salmon or perhaps some other boneless fish. My expectation of lobster, periwinkle prawns, fish, crabs in the soup wash dashed. The soup was tasty but too salty. The soup doesnt come with swallow which was surprising. You have buy swallow in addition the soup. bowl of soup cost 3000 naira, then small swallow that wont satisfy a toddler for 200 naira. if you go to eat, request that they add less salt and seasons.
