Terrible bank. I complained to customer service some time ago about money getting missing from my account and the customer service rep thought the best way to solve the problem was to block my account. I went to their branch at Ikota, waited for 2 hours to write a messily letter for my bank to be unblocked. I ended up waiting forever with nothing. I have to go to their other branch at V.I to ask them if I could close my account. The customer service rep said that I had to go back to the Ikota branch, write that messily letter again and hope my account gets unblocked. So apparently, I cant close my bank account and unblock my bank account because of their stupid system. Thanks UBA, youre the biggest scammers on earth.
