The bank is easy to locate along Lekki-Epe express way. The customer care person attended to my issue nicely as of the last time there. Also has a moderate parking space for vehicles.

Excellent customer service

Firstly, I think your customer care representatives should all have name tags so when one has a complaint, we dont label the whole branch as bad.This branch of Uba has the worst set of officers at the customer service unit. 2 particular ladies (one of them is very fair, a bit tall and chubby while the other is dark and on the short side) there are extremely rude and abrasive with no understanding of what the term customer service entails. They keep barking at customers like goats being herded, extremely slow at processing requests. I could go on and on with my observations but Ermmmm lets just say this branch is a no no
