For a 6am trip, this is 7:16 and no is saying anything to us. What kind of a system is this???

Very poor. Their conductor collide with their to duped me of 9k lag to Abuja on getting to their park at ibadan they said the seat I was siting on has been sold out so I had to stand from ibadan to Abuja.

The staff I met there was too arrogant. Ive never seen a staff in a private company that arrogant. I received very poor customer service.

Worst ride ever, some of the staffs in the bus were so rude and disrespectful. You said there was convenience but at emergency they could not open it for the passenger to use. The boy got down and they kept on driving saying that they couldnt park, at around after 5am. It was after a long distance they had gone, everyone in the bus shouted for them to stop. Maybe others have had good experiences but this was my first and terrible. Im not going to use this company again.

Best transport system Ive ever used

I was more than disappointed with the services of Ekeson. I paid for executive seat, I was given food met for dogs. Then before we got Midway, the vehicle developed fault. We were given another bus but we practically sat on each other leg just so we could leave the venue to our destination.

Safe way of traveling intercity in Nigeria

Still my go to place when I have to either send stuff from Lagos to Abuja or Abuja to Lagos. They are prompt and efficient. I have never have to wait for so long before taking delivery of my goods which is essential. Ekesson is fast and wholesomely efficient and Ill ask anyone to patronise them. They are also cheaper than the other courier services that we have around and your goods are surely in safe hands

Boarded a bus from Lagos 7am, we stopped on the road over five times to patch a tire thats stops on the road every thirty minutes... Call their customer service all they are saying is Ill get back to over tens time we called them, this is the last time I will board their buses they dont take care of it. How will the driver say he doesnt know the tire was bad.. very old bad tire, their maintenance service is poor, everything is poor.

Its the number transport Ive maintained since 2007 to East, South & North and Ive enjoyed using them. My day and night movements have always been smooth with them. Their prayer worriors are always on stand by. Ive recommended them severally as well and there hasnt been any complains from my friends. I pray GOD ALMIGHTY continue to be with them
