Very good network. I am highly satisfied

The service is unreliable. Our 1 month subscriptions worked for about a week. We spent time calling engineers. They have good customer service but I would like for the network to be reliable.

TerribleIt only works three to five amIf you call help they ask you to wait for an hour and their engineers are working on it this WiFi is already terrible enough but it isnt even constant it goes of and on and can take up to a week to download two gigabytes of anything it is terrible I wouldnt recommend if they paid me I wish I could write zero stars. They barely respond and 3/4 of the month is spent asking them why the internet isnt working dont waste your money on these guys they dont provide anything but stress and poor internet

This is the absolute worst internet in Lagos, if you don’t want to be chasing after them please I suggest you move on from them. How can one pay for internet and it only works 10% of the time. Everyday it’s a new reason why the WiFi sucks, the employees are just a bunch of headless chickens.Even after paying for larger package, it was still very slow. My whole experience has been extremely terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.Thank you Teltwine for wasting my time and money.

Its slow and I keep losing network frequently, I have called them several times to fix the speed but they keep saying theyll work on it. I still have to pay for my mtn subscription because of how inconsistent it is, cant even view Instagram pictures not to talk of stream movies online.
