This is a good outlet for ntel. However, the network itself can be serious headache.

A very neat environment and the entrance is accessible. For the number of customer care agents I saw, I must say they are too slow for my liking.

At the time I visited this store over a year ago, the environment was neat (they had dust bins placed in strategic locations for easy waste disposal) and spacious with enough seats to accommodate visitors.The customer service representatives were courteous and friendly.Generally, I was well attended to and even when I was delayed, they apologized to me.

This place played host to this years Design Week Africa exposition. Was a beautiful experience as I encountered African art first hand. Pictures from the event are attached.

Unlike typical customer center, the store is not packed. There are few customer service agents and even fewer customers which has an upside as it means your request are attended to faster. The staff are of great help as they take their time to put you through all the requirement.Car park is also a little tricky because you get to the entrance before you get to the front of the store so you need to be careful or aware of the park entrance, if not you will have to go the long journey to make a turn.

Good network service

Ntel store is one of the outlets of the newest telecommunications company in Nigeria. They started operations not long ago and they promised to offer the best telecom services to Nigerians but their speed has not justified the promise. If properly managed, they have a fine future to tap from over 200 million people who are together in diversity.

Situated at the edge of Ikoyi, it is adjacent to both the place and the federal marriage registry. It is not hard to miss if youre head towards Victoria Island from Osborne or leaving it.The store operatives help with topping up data and airtime. 4g LTE Devices can also be bought at the store. There are parking spaces for customers.

They dont ever pick their calls and their website has been under maintenance for the past 3 days, how exactly is one to subscribe? on top of that you will be the one paying for the calls to their toll-free number, smh. but overall its the cheapest and one of the fastest 4G Lte networks.

It is a great place for any product of Ntel you want. Ntel is a teleco. Their call rate is cheap and have a good range of data plan for any budget that comes with fast internet speed.

What started as a breath of fresh air in the network operators space is turning out to be just one of the ineffective lot.Made a subscription payment for one month but the base station in my neighborhood has been down for 15 days and counting. There is no customer service line to call, you have to physically visit their office. Ive been there several times and sent emails but nothing has been done. One very unsatisfied customer here.

The best customer service offering I have ever seen in Nigeria. Why 3 stars? They have lot of technical hiccups but they make up for it with their great customer service. If they can overcome these issues they would be the best ISP.

In a strategic location, easy to locate, nice environment and pleasant customer care agents but you are most likely not going to get your issues resolved easily.

The store sells Ntel SIM cards and WiFi routers. Their services can be better, its currently very terrible. Theres no parking space on the exterior! The LASTMA guys are always on the watchout to see any vehicle parked by the roadside so it will be towed. Parking is located at the back of the building. Their staff are a little courteous but can do better.

Need to improve with their service. Failing in the area all other telecom companies have perfected. I have never seen a company that makes receiving payment more difficult than Ntel.

Extremely poor customer service. To reach their customer service in real time you will spend money on calling and they wont pick. Send facebook, twitter or mail they will respond the next day. I am absolutely embarrassed to they are an IT company with almost no real-time customer care

It was okay, their office was a small one, full air conditioned. Their customer services delivery was fast, although ntel network is just coming up and their was a promo then, that why people where their in a rush for it

Just an outlet with normal customer support but if you are looking for some technical help ..I wont advice you go there. The supports are not technically sound or should I say oriented

Very decent location in Ikoyi, but the 4GLTE service they offer is nothing to write home about. Its so very epileptic. Getting things done like subscription renewals, airtime top-ups could be herculean tasks.

SIM registration is compulsory and you get to choose your own number with the 0804- prefix. There are 3 attendants handling customer queries.You can get a connection here with a free SIM card but for an unlimited plan, the minimum fee is N1,000. They have mifis in stock for sale which come with a bundle at a discount.It is also home for the popular Nova phone which is a feature-like phone and yet 4G VOLTE enabled. This can be got at a discount too if you are activating a plan instantly.The impressive thing is that new customers get to make on-net calls for free and for life! Those are called pioneer club members. Brilliant
