Website is cool but I hate the app

The App is very good and lovely, its gives me Joy whenever I opened it, but please the issue I will love the admin to fix is about my sender ID GodsMiracle was what I requested and it has been approved but any time I sent text is LOFTYMESSAG that will appeared as sender which I dont like

Extremely terrible sevice, i sent some messages a week ago only 40%of the message went through, today i sent more messages and still the same and its impossible to get through their customer care

My experience severally with multitexter is terrible. They dont seem to be able handle BULK sms. They always charge double for MTN DND priority route and yet they will take your money and send your sms via the regular route. If you track your recipients delivery or input a few mtn DND numbers of yours youll definitely be disappointed. My advice is not to use the priority route if you must send BULK sms with multitexter. You may be fine if your recipient list are 10 contacts or less. Ive wasted money severally and wont use them again.

My experience with multitexter is awesome. Firstly, I over paid for the units I intend to buy, I sent them a text and the refund was done immediately. Second, the ease at which their site offered users is what I describe as (Hold me by the hand) method. Pls guys there keep it up. May God continue to enrich your knowledge.
