Very bad service at isolo mtn office! Keeping customers waiting for hours under the sun .i understand there is covid but you could make us comfortable by providing sits and a shade , do better please.

At first I thought going to MTN Service Center to Upgrade my sim card from 3g to 4g would be a hectic journey considering the population and traffic in Lagos State, but now I have got myself an Updated sim card and extra 4Gig.

Couldnt do sim upgrade nor porting. If you no get staffs and network to accept more customers. I best I remain were I Am .

Can do with better customer service at point of entry. But not bad generally.

So partial and rude. Especially the security personnel. They collect gala and coke from customers before they could let them in for the needed service, some of them collect money after keeping their customers under heavy sun. As par Paul, whos the manager of the centre, I think hes mannered and civil to an extent than most of the other staff. I would have loved to give the centre better star, imagine me getting to the centre for ordinary SIM pack since 10:30am and left their at 4:40pm after several pressure. What a bad and time wasting service.

Given the structure of attendance, its not that bad but their commitment to the covid-19 protocol needs improvement do those standing outside.

Just like their Oshodi headoffice, they leave their customers to stay outside, locked out like some kind of beggars under the rain and sun without any shade or protection from the weather. Not very fair enough if I must say.

The crowd gets to stand outside, under the sun till they are called in, my advice get there before 8am you might leave four hours later, but the MTN team working there are great people.

No good costumers care relationship. Costumers were kept behind the gate standing under the weather. I stood for 2 hours with no positive response from the staffs and was not attended to. GUSH!!

MTN SERVICE CENTRE IS NOTHING GOOD TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. EVERY OF THERE SYSTEMS ARE IN A VERY BAD SHAPE. DARK OFFICE WITHOUT LIGHT OR AC. DELAYS 10 MINUTE WORK TO 3HOURS. FULLTIME MESS UP
