Excellent customer service experience. I booked an appointment on to do my NIN registration, arrived 15min before my scheduled time. I was warmly attended to, those on appointment didnt have to mix with other walk-in registrants.But for the delay I will assume was due to technical hitches (no fault of MTN), it would have been a breeze in and out experience.Kudos to the MTN staff on duty yesterday (February 4, 2021).

A bespoke service centre for the telecom giant, MTN. It is one of their high class customer service centre which catered for subscribers in the Ikoyi axis. It is a well designed centre with very nice abstract designs. The ambiance is so cool with customer service agents attending to subscribers issue. Varieties of mobile devices and other telecom products are on display for sale. COVID protocols were duly observed when I visited there.

They couldnt even attend to me because of bad network....

I registered for my NIN and everybody was friendly and helpful in a fully air-conditioned area.

They kept people under the hot sun no canopy no chairs. Eventually I got frustrated and left without achieving my aim after one of the staff told me no network to carry out a sim swap.

Awful experience! Took them 1 day to get me a replacement and another 48hrs to get the sim to send and receive sms. The site supervisor sat unbothered until I had to raise my voice at the displeasure of visiting the center 3days in a row to get a replacement sim. If I could rate them no-star, I would!!
